The Delhi Development Authority has planned to build police station, police post, police line and jail in 13 hectare. And 15 hectare of land is kept reserved for construction of safety facilities like fire station.
Another important feature of L zone is its technical support. The zone offers two plots for the construction of head post office each covering 2500 sqm area. Other two plots of same size are acquired by the Delhi Development Authority for the construction of telephone exchange in the zone.
A person can relax, grow and stay healthier if he/she makes sports activity the part of their daily routine. L zone is coming up with Delhi’s largest golf course and the Authority has vacant 17 hectare of land for constructing sports training institute. The zone is situated in South West Delhi and is close to National Highway 10, Rohtak road, Dwarka sub city and Northern railway line.
